Cancellation and Refunds

1. Subscription Cancellation

You possess full control over your subscription and may cancel it at any time directly through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, your autonomous job search campaigns will remain active, and you will retain access to all premium features until the conclusion of your current billing cycle. After this period, your account will revert to the standard tier, and automated applications will cease.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service, the computational resources required for AI-driven matching, and the immediate deployment of our autonomous agents on your behalf, all subscription fees and payments made to Apply Ninja are final and non-refundable.

We explicitly do not offer refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused platform credits, or situations including but not limited to:

  • Changes of mind or shifts in personal employment status shortly after purchase
  • Failure to properly configure job search preferences resulting in unmatched applications
  • A perceived lack of immediate interview responses or job offers
  • Forgotten cancellation prior to a subscription renewal date

3. Service Expectations and Trial Usage

Our automated system processes applications based strictly on the parameters you define. We encourage all prospective users to rigorously test the platform using any available free tiers or trial periods prior to committing to a paid subscription. Ensure you fully comprehend the capabilities and boundaries of our autonomous engine before initiating payment.

4. Extenuating Circumstances

While our standard policy is strictly no-refunds, we recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. We may, solely at our discretion, evaluate refund requests in cases involving:

  • Verifiable billing anomalies or duplicate charges originating from our payment processor
  • Complete and sustained platform outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours during your active billing cycle

Should you believe your situation qualifies under these extenuating circumstances, you must submit a formal request to our support team within 7 days of the charge in question.

5. Termination for Policy Violations

We reserve the right to instantaneously terminate or suspend any account found to be violating our Terms of Service—including the submission of fraudulent credentials or engaging in abusive behavior towards employer platforms. Accounts terminated under these conditions forfeit any right to access, and absolutely no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period or unused credits.
